DRESS: A faded and worn oil slicker coat, beneath that being a thick woolen shirt with silver decorations, and a necklace that would normally be stuffed with incense. He typically wears a wide brimmed, black hat at all times, and a scarf that looks like it might have been a pristine white once, but has since been allowed to gray out.
